ABOUT THE OWNER

Shannon Leamon is Owner and President of Leamon Consulting, LLC - 

a woman owned small business. 

Shannon has worked as a Lead Auditor for almost 20 years for an accredited registrar under the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Program and is a certified Auditor (#105154) under Exemplar Global. 

As a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Shannon worked at DuPont and Komatsu America in Chattanooga, TN as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer. Shannon has expertise in process and management system development, process improvement and root cause analysis, internal auditing and employee training.

As a 3rd party Auditor and Consultant for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards, Shannon has experience in a variety of manufacturing and design and development environments including automotive and aerospace with additional experience in medical, utilities, waste to energy, and government contracts. 

With years of experience and training as a 3rd party Auditor, Shannon understands what your company needs to get ISO certified and stay certified.
